I am excited for Flaunt! I love your books because I know I’m gonna laugh, and I’m probably going to cry at some point. I love that you share your life with us. I miss my kids being kids. So, you sharing your kiddo’s antics with us brightens my day.
Sending big hugs your way 🧡 Bankys' book was such a joy to read, and being part of your FB group for awhile now, I know where you pull all the inspiration from for the Carmichael family. So much love emanating off the pages. Love them so much!
I know exactly what you mean we lost Mom 5 years ago, and it still feels fresh. I wish I would have asked more questions about her and Dad, growing up on a farm n Iowa. She was a very talented athlete. The gene for that skipped me entirely. I have 2 younger sisters. Not much younger, when the three of us have the opportunity to get together we bring out the Mom stories. We all have different memories and we love that. Mom loved it when she got together with her girls. Casino trips and trips to see cousins. I go thru my day thinking, oh my gosh I have to tell Mom that, or remembering her dancing to Elvis Presley in the kitchen. And how she’d snap her fingers when she was on the phone and wanted us to bring her a cigarette. Love you Mom, and miss you like crazy.
Oh my gosh Addy you used my review in your post today and I AM SOBBING!
Thank you for reading and reviewing, Savannah. <3
